ANALISIS KAPABILITAS PROSES MESIN FILLING UNTUK PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PADA PRODUK SIRUP OBAT BATUK DI INDUSTRI FARMASI

Abstrak
 PT ABC adalah salah satu perusahaan swasta milik perseorangan yang bergerak dibidang industri farmasi. Salah produk obat di produksi sirup batuk merk XYZ. Masalah terjadi dalam penelitian ini adanya pemborosan disebabkan oleh ketidakstabilan volume khususnya Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa nilai kapabilitas proses dihasilkan dari mesin filling terutama parameter dan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya ketidaksesuaian produk. Beberapa metode digunakan antara lain peta kendali, Fishbone. Hasil menunjukan hasil farmasi didapatkan indeks Cp rata-rata sekitar 0.45 Cpk 0.45. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum memiliki baik.
